300g
•• decaf coffee •• chaga •• cacao ••

A winning blend of wild harvest raw ground chaga, organic raw cacao and a specially chosen coffee roasted just down the coast in Arbroath by Sacred Grounds Coffee

A sugar cane decaffeinating process is used here where the coffee first undergoes steaming at low pressures to remove the silver skins before then being moistened with hot water to allow the beans to swell and soften - this then prepares the coffee for the hydrolysis of caffeine, which is attached to the salts of the chlorogenic acid within the coffee

The extractors (naturally obtained from the fermentation of sugar cane and not from chemical synthesis) are then filled with moistened coffee which is washed several times to reduce the caffeine down to the correct levels

Still packed full of antioxidants, the flavours all complement as well as heal, with the chaga assisting the caffeine to ease in and out of your system, so avoiding that usual coffee crash

Benefits of coffee:

  • boosts energy levels

  • improves physical performance

  • is beneficial for the liver

  • reduces depression

  • can lower risk of diabetes

  • cleanses the stomach

  • reduces risk of cancer

  • prevents onset diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

This is intended for use in a cafetière
