In a world of toxicity, returning to nature is a first line defence
Exit 7 - parasite cleanse tea
Seven Wild Herbs TO AIDE GENTLE EVICTION OF UNWANTED GUT GUESTS…
Exit 7 is our bold herbal answer to the unwanted guests hiding out in your gut. Parasites don’t just come from undercooked food or dirty water - they’re more common than most people think and they often go unnoticed while quietly impacting digestion, immunity, energy and even mental clarity.
This tea is a wildcrafted, full-body reset, made with seven consciously chosen herbs - each selected for their role in helping the body identify, break down and eliminate parasites, eggs and lingering toxicity.
It’s deep cleansing, but not harsh. Rooted in ancient herbal wisdom, aligned with moon cycles and supported by earthy allies that have your back (and your belly).
Wormwood
The queen of parasite-clearing - bitter and potent, wormwood has been used for centuries to paralyse and eliminate adult parasites from the digestive tract. It also stimulates bile production, helping the body digest fats and move waste efficiently.
Black Walnut Hull
A powerhouse with potent antiparasitic, antifungal and antibacterial properties. It targets parasites in all life stages (including eggs), and is especially effective for intestinal worms. Black walnut also helps oxygenate the blood and supports liver detoxification.
Clove
Cloves are the egg-breakers. While wormwood and black walnut tackle adult parasites, cloves step in to disrupt the egg cycle - making it harder for reinfestation to occur. They’re also antimicrobial and great for relieving gas, bloating and inflammation.
Ginger Root
Warming and soothing, ginger supports digestion, circulation and elimination, while helping to ease any die-off reactions. It increases the absorption and effectiveness of the other herbs and helps reduce nausea and cramping during the cleanse.
Fennel Seed
Fennel is calming to the gut and helps expel gas, reduce bloating and encourage smooth digestive flow. It’s also mildly antimicrobial, and helps the body relax into the process, especially helpful for those with sensitive digestion.
Peppermint Leaf
Cooling, refreshing and deeply soothing. Peppermint helps relieve inflammation, calm the gut lining and ease any discomfort. It also adds a crisp flavour to balance the stronger herbs in the blend.
Chaga
Chaga is a powerful adaptogen that supports immune intelligence, helps rebuild gut terrain and brings grounding energy to this deep clearing blend. Rich in antioxidants and beta-glucans, it nourishes while the other herbs do the heavy lifting.
“Healing begins when we choose to no longer be a host to what drains us — in the body, and in the spirit”

When you’re cleansing parasites, they don’t just leave quietly - they release toxins as they break down which can sometimes make you feel a bit rough with headaches, tiredness, foggy head or skin breakouts
Binders work like a clean-up crew, sweeping up those toxins and carrying them safely out of your body so they don’t get reabsorbed
Adding a binder to your cleanse helps make the whole process gentler and more effective - we have three for you to choose from, which we use in our home… these are made up into wee pouches which will be more than enough to see you through at least two weeks of cleansing
Activated Charcoal
A powerful natural detoxifier made from coconut shells - it binds to unwanted toxins in the gut, helping to carry them out of the body and reduce cleansing symptoms
How to use:
Mix ½ teaspoon into a small glass of water and drink
Take away from food, herbs, or supplements (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after)
Start with once per day, increasing to twice if needed
Bentonite Clay
A soothing clay that swells when mixed with water, gently drawing impurities from the digestive tract and supporting natural detox pathways - it’s especially calming if your gut feels inflamed or unsettled during a cleanse
How to use:
Mix 1 teaspoon into a glass of water, stir well and drink immediately
Follow with a full glass of plain water
Take away from food, herbs, or supplements (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after)
Diatomaceous Earth
Made from tiny fossilised algae, this fine powder acts like a gentle “sweep” for the digestive system helping to scrub and support a healthy gut environment while cleansing
How to use:
Start with ½ teaspoon mixed into water or juice once a day
Gradually increase to 1 teaspoon if well tolerated
Drink plenty of water throughout the day
Choosing the Right Binder
Each binder has its own vibe:
Activated Charcoal is best for quick toxin clean-up, especially if you’re feeling nauseous, foggy or headachy
Bentonite Clay is soothing and calming for the gut, great if you’re feeling tender or inflamed
Diatomaceous Earth works like a gentle gut scrub, supporting balance and gut health as you cleanse
Many people like to keep one or two on hand and use them as needed, depending on how their body feels during the cleanse

syncing your cleanse with the moon
Parasites are most active around the full moon, driven by changes in our neurotransmitters and circadian biology. They feed, reproduce and move more - which makes them easier to target and release
7 day full moon cleanse
Start 2–3 days before the full moon and continue through for a total of 7 days
This catches the buildup, peak, and wind-down of parasite activity
21 day moon cycle cleanse
Begin on the new moon - a natural time for renewal and inner focus
Continue for the full moon peak (when parasite activity spikes)
Complete the cleanse as the moon wanes, supporting release and reset
cleanse community support
We are delighted to offer you a WhatsApp group to offer advice and support during your cleanse as we know that it can feel a little daunting to begin!
We will prompt you with when the cycles of the moon are good for optimal cleansing - as well as hopefully offer an open conversation to connect and share stories of how we experience our cleanses

lets talk binders…
As EXIT 7 stirs up parasites, toxins and waste that have been hiding out in your gut, it’s important to support your body in actually getting rid of it all - that’s where a binder comes in
Binders like activated charcoal, bentonite clay or chlorella act like sponges - absorbing what’s been released so it doesn’t get reabsorbed into your bloodstream. This can make the difference between a clear-headed cleanse… and a rough ride
We recommend taking your binder 1.5–2 hours after your tea, away from meals, to give it space to do its job. This simple step can help reduce die-off symptoms like bloating, brain fog or fatigue - and make your cleanse smoother, gentler and more effective
Here’s a guide on how to use your binder
🌑 New Moon to Waxing (Days 1–7)
- Tea helps prep the body, awaken the gut and begin gentle clearing
- Take a binder once per day, ideally after your stronger tea dose (morning or evening), spaced by at least 1.5–2 hours apart
🌕 Full Moon Window (Days 8–14)
- Parasites are most active and die-off is strongest
- Take a binder twice per day if tolerable - once after each cup of tea (spaced correctly) or at least once daily
- This is where binders really help prevent symptoms and mop up the mess
🌘 Waning Moon (Days 15–21)
- The body shifts to integration and release
- You can reduce to once per day again, or continue twice if you’re feeling good and eliminating well
🔔 Listen to Your Body
- If you’re experiencing brain fog, fatigue, headaches, nausea or skin flare-ups - these are signs you might want more binder support
- If your digestion is sluggish, consider adding magnesium, a gentle herbal laxative, or enemas to help keep things moving
